Entry Form for Golf Tournament Updated

ATTN TO ALL ALUMNI - It recently came to our attention that the "Mailing Address" on the Golf Tournament entry form was incorrect.  The form stated "room - 138", but should have been listed as "room - 38".  The correceted registration form is linked below (and is also located to the left in the sidebar).  If you already mailed an entry form in, chances are it will be returned.  We apologize about the inconvenience, but we ask that you resubmit another form to the proper address.   

For those of you who haven't signed up yet, please do so with the new form.

Entry Form For Tournament (to the left)

ATTENTION ALL ALUMNI

The entry form for the upcoming Alumni Invitational, can now be downloaded from the website.  If you look left, and click on the link where it says, download form, you should be able to print off the entry form and sign up.

The form should be self explanatory, but if you have questions, please comment below.

Some Quick Notes for the Tournament, also included on the entry form

1. The Cost of the tournament is $100 per player, if payment is received before 4/15/07, and $125 after that.  This includes, green fees, golf cart, catered lunch by D. Rowes, all refreshments, soda, water, beer, etc.
2. On the entry form, there is a place for you to put preferred team members, if you want to be paired with other specific Alumni.  **Please talk to the other alumni before you put their names down, to avoid any assumptions or confusion.   Each team will be closed out after all 4 members are received.  All other single players will be paired at random.
3. We will be blocking off rooms at the local hotels, and will send you more information, once available.
